Location:
Your beach rental is in North Topsail Beach approximately 4.4 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. Also 4.8 miles from the North Topsail high rise bridge. Enjoy restaurants and shopping just over the bridge like Ricks Restaurant & Sports Bar in Sneads Ferry. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

The Portofino development offers a community boat day dock and kayak/canoe launch on the Soundside. Watercraft cannot be left at the dock for any length of time.
The Portofino development does not allow recreational vehicles such as RVs, campers, etc. Please contact our office prior to bringing these types of vehicles.

We had a wonderful holiday there and especially the sunrise and sunsets. Lots of stairs to climb but over all very happy. Loved the way the room were decorated

Over all, it’s a great place and location. The living room was big enough to sit the 6 of us comfortably, nice size bedrooms and the bathrooms are small with little counter space. There is a public beach access and parking lot very close to this property so our area of the beach was pretty congested over the holiday weekend.
