About this apartment rental
Garden-level apartment in a fully equipped villa, plus a fully equipped studio for two (which can be rented separately—see photos).
- €60 for a couple + €30 cleaning fee; please check with your host.
- Accessible to guests with reduced mobility (access ramp).

- Heat pump and solar panels.
- Blackout curtains and electric shutters for a restful sleep.
- Very quiet location; access to a garden with a large terrace, sun loungers, and a parasol.

- Close to Santa Cruz Airport (6-minute drive).
- Close to Funchal (20-minute drive).
- Close to the beach (5-minute drive).
- Close to the golf course (6-minute drive).
- Small café/bar just a 2-minute walk up the road.

- Option to book private guided tours
(hiking, etc.) upon request.
- The listed nightly rate is for two people; an additional charge of €20 per person, per day applies for extra guests.

Anna was the ultimate hostess.
Her home was spotless and well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped, she offered suggestions of what to do and local restaurants to visit. The view was amazing and there was a very nice outdoor space to relax in.
The personal touches made us feel welcome and at home. We would recommend and if ever coming back, we’d stay here again.

Anna is a wonderful host. Communication was excellent, Anna responds right away with clear instructions. Check in was simple and straightforward and her property provides an excellent base to explore beautiful Madeira. The house is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need, the garden is a beautiful place to relax and Anna welcomes you with some delicious local delicacies. We had a wonderful week.

We loved every minute of our stay here and look forward to one day returning. Owner and property manager very friendly and accommodating to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend if staying here to rent car for short drives to the other locations around island for activities. Being near airport was not big deal we live just as near one where we are from and actually went down to do some plane spotting from awesome point.
