The Space:

Wine Down welcomes you with a clean, contemporary exterior that opens into a beautifully styled home where modern comforts meet a breezy, relaxed atmosphere. The home’s central hub is its light-filled open-plan living area, where soaring ceilings, a large dining table and a designer kitchen flow out to the covered alfresco space. Here, you can enjoy meals or morning coffee while looking across the manicured first hole of the golf course, with gentle breezes and golden hour light adding to the calm.



The main living room features a plush, oversized sofa and large TV, framed by full-height windows and sliding doors that connect the indoors to the outdoor lounge and dining areas. Ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning and elegant timber floors keep the space cool and inviting year-round. The sleek kitchen is a dream for entertaining, with an island bench with a breakfast bar and everything you need for effortless self-catering. A second lounge offers a quieter space to unwind—perfect for movie nights or giving kids and adults their own zones.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, a spacious walk-in robe, and a stunning private en-suite complete with a walk-in dual shower, double vanity, and a freestanding tub that invites a long soak after a day on the greens. Two other stylish bedrooms offer a queen bed, while a central bathroom with a walk-in shower and quality fittings services the rest of the home.

Beaches are also close by, offering calm waters ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and family picnics. Whether you’re chasing birdies on the green, beach days with the kids, or a weekend of wine and relaxation, everything is within easy reach from this peaceful base.

Parking: Parking for one vehicle is available on the driveway.



Airport: 30 minutes by car.



Public transport: Just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop on Clubhouse Dr.
