NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Lovely house tidy and well equipped. Great location, close to town and beach. Host was informative and helpful. Loved the air conditioning, table tennis and the main bed was very comfortable but on suite was a bit small.

This accomodation was lovely, the enclosed backyard was perfect for an energetic toddler, as was the short walk into town/playground and coffee for the mum & aunties!! Everything we needed was provided and in good condition, onlywe would say

Overall a smooth check and check out. Property is well maintained. It is located in a very strategic area.. close proximity to cafes and restaurants. It was a fun and relaxing weekend. Thanks Davinia and James.

I understand the property had very recently undergone some renovations which is great, but we were aware as soon as we arrived as the paint smell was quite strong and we had to open the house up for a bit. What I wasn't expecting was for there to be no washing machine. The host did not make us aware of this prior to booking and after being sure there was one our last stay I checked the website which also confirmed a fully equipped laundry. It would have been fine and I'd never had even bothered to mention it if we were only staying a day or 2, but the longer stay meant I had to hand wash all our clothing 3 out of the 5ish days we stayed as the local laundromat also wasn't open on weekends. The house itself was tidy apart from a few dishes that needed rewashing and all amenities were fine apart from the main shower that leaked water and the aforementioned lack of washing machine. But of a shame really as we booked this property again specifically because we liked it last time, but I don't think we'll be staying again.
