The 2 renovated bathrooms are fresh, clean and modern.

HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

From the start, booking, confirmation and other helpful comms where great, on point.The day we arrived, the property was ready, and very nice. It fully met our needs and expectations. The property is not just close to the beach (weather was not favorable for the beach unfortunately) but the town centre is also just down the road too. In the info provided for places to eat, was a Fish Pub, and I was keen to go there. upon investigation, turns out it is now the Bailey Brewery, which we had already been to for dinner, and it was great as well. We enjoyed the stay, and would most certainly do it again, and recomend to others.

The amenities were well suited to our needs, everything comfortable, fresh and clean. Kitchen well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.Location great, easy walk to beach and shops.

Two house keys would have been helpful then some members of the family could do their own thing without having to slot in with others. Door handle to main bedroom was not closing properly a bit annoying. Bedrooms too small showers poorly designed water everywhere
