Most downtown apartments don't come with outdoor space, but this one does. The building has a shared courtyard with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and patio seating, so you can grill dinner and eat outside on warm evenings. Inside, the apartment is thoughtfully set up with a king bed, a remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated workspace with 400+ Mbps WiFi.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and basics. There's a Roku Smart TV in the living room for streaming. Shared laundry is on-site, and one assigned outdoor parking space is included. Keypad entry makes check-in flexible, and the space is professionally cleaned before every arrival.
Location is the real draw. You're within walking distance of Broadway Plaza (one of the East Bay's best outdoor shopping centers), dozens of restaurants, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the Iron Horse Trail. BART is nearby for getting into San Francisco without the bridge toll, and Mt. Diablo State Park offers serious hiking about 20 minutes by car. Napa and Sonoma wine country are both under an hour.

The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for one week. We walked for breakfast every day, and then downtown in the afternoon. The apartment is just as pictured. There is a lovely courtyard at the complex. There are many amazing restaurants downtown, as well as shopping. Would have given 5 stars for everything if it were not for a glitch with the keyless entry. Walnut Creek is beautiful.

The stay was lovely overall! You can hear people outside the apartment going about their day, but it was clean and nicely located. Walnut Creek was a wonderful!
