Sit back and relax with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. It's so relaxing to sit on the balcony listening to the waves break on the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker. A large laundry room with a washer & dryer for your use along with room for storage. The dining/living area is an open area with a large sliding glass door, that opens numerous ways to enjoy your view of the sand dunes and the water. The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs, and 2 car barstools for a quick snack at the bar facing the kitchen. The living area has two comfy oversized sofas and a very large screen TV complete with cable and Wi-Fi. BR1) The master bedroom adjoins the living area, with an accordion-style door to slide across for privacy. Complete with a queen size bed, nightstands, TV, a large closet, and an oversize chair to cuddle up in and enjoy the view out of the sliding glass doors. The ensuite full bath has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench. BR2) Has 2 bunk beds with both twin over full and a closet. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw trash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
You will enjoy every minute sitting on the balcony, watch the sun rise in the morning, breath in the sea air during the day, watch the sunlight dance across the dunes and water as it sets behind you…. Don't Worry Beach Happy

Overall - we had a great time. The condo was big enough, amazing view, beach steps away, comfy beds, love having a laundry, and easy to find. It suited us just fine.Things you may want to know before you go:1 - this building is not close to a grocery store, shop on the mainland before you cross the big bridge. Make sure to pick up extra toilet paper, we had one roll per bathroom. And, if you are like me and want to properly clean up spills or the counters and table, pick up your own cleaning solution/wipes. There are no cleaning supplies in the condo.2 - bring or buy your own beach towels and sand toys. There aren't any in the condo and the white bath towels are spotless and too fluffy to even consider taking to the beach.3 - the hot tub is only for people 18 and older. My older, but not 18, teens were not happy to see that (I may have missed that info in the description??). The security guards are ON TOP of all guests in the tub and will ask. Every. Single. Day. (My 19 year-old was not impressed with the daily checks.)4 - the beach is driveable. Jacked-Up/Spanked-Out trucks and golf carts roll back and forth all day long. The kiddos driving play loud music, yell profanities, don't watch for beachgoers. Sometimes they park their trucks across the whole beach so you can't walk it at all. It's a big party for them and sometimes you hear their shenanigans at night (even though the curfew is apparently 6pm??)Enjoy your stay! It is a beautiful location!

Ocean view, elevator, short walk to boardwalk to beach,Living room furniture was well used. Kitchen was sparsely equipped with cheap utensils and cookware. Glasses and dinnerware were good quality. No dishcloths or towels, no hotpads, no cutting board, no ice cube trays, and a broken toaster. All were replaced by onsite management. We purchased and left ice cube trays. No vacuum for living room rug. Four high chairs on balcony, but no table. Several maintenance issues were reported and addressed. Anchors for towel hooks in bathroom were there but hooks were missing. Front door lock plate loosened and door would not close. Also fixed. Several minor things that suggested less than top notch examination and upkeep…light in shower not working, light cover in second bath missing, Positives were good location, washer/dryer that worked great, beach chairs (4 instead of 2 since unit sleeps 6 would be nice, chairs were good.) pool/hot tub area very clean and pleasant, short boardwalk to beach.

Location great! Pool/hot tub were best that I've seen in awhile now. Love that there was a deep section. There was only 1 elevator for the whole building. So being just 1 floor up made things so easy!! We just used the stairs.
