Mustang Towers 702, a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 7th floor, with absolutely unbelievable views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine sitting out on the balcony listening to the sounds of summer, crashing thru the waves, or the amber rays of a fall sunset as they dance on the water.
The well-appointed kitchen is fully furnished with stainless streel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, granite counter tops and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining area has a generous size table that will easily seat 6, with a bench on one side. There are 2 additional bar stools at the bar for a quick snack.

BD1) is on the bay side of the condo, it has a set of twin bunk beds, a full-size bed, rocking chair, end tables, lamp, a chest for clothing, a large closet and to complete the room a TV and Wi-Fi. The full bath down the hall has a tiled walk on shower, cabinets and sink. Also located on the bay side of the condo is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
BD2) The master bedroom has a wall of windows that look out to the beach, the sliding glass doors open to the balcony. There is a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, a nice large chair to cuddle up in and read, large closet and TV. The ensuite full bath has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a bench seat built in, a sink with granite counter tops and a large mirror.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.

My husband and I, along with our three kids, had an absolutely amazing stay at this place. The beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. The communication was fantastic. I had to change my date by a day, and the host was incredibly accommodating and took care of it promptly, saving our weekend. We even got to cook, as they provided all the necessary utensils. The only minor issue I noticed was there were a couple of stains on the kitchen floor, so I wasn’t fully confident about how often the floors are mopped. A more consistent cleaning between stays would make a big difference. There was a faint smell when we first arrived, likely due to the vacant state of the property. However, aside from these minor details, everything was wonderful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the price was reasonable considering its prime location right on the beach.

We had a great time at the Mustang Towers. Our room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic views from the bedroom and family room. It was fun having breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach. Great location.

It was perfectly fine. It had almost everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable!! Beach was not crowded and the partnership to have beach items delivered was helpful. Not too far from places we wanted to visit. Good views. Fair price. Not top of the line and most definitely not at the bottom of the barrel. Good place for a family to stay.

As we were driving to the location we started seeing signs about possible flooding and bad weather. We tried calling to see if it was safe to proceed. After a long hold process we were finally directed to leave a message and our call would be returned. That never happened. I also texted. After a long while that was finally returned that it was safe for us to continue our travels. We arrived, and the towel bar in the primary bathroom was laying on the floor and had been ripped from the wall, 5 of the 6 lamps in the condo were missing light bulbs. although they stress taking out the trash there were no trash bags in the can, there is laundry on site but no soap available, the bed sloped down at the head and pillows were so thin that you couldn't tell you had anything under your head. The listing said that chairs and a cooler would be available but they weren't. No fault of the facility but a tropical storm blew in so we had no beach time. But we tried to use the pool during a break in the storm and the pool area was locked up and not accessible. When I tried to reach the office to find out why, I didn't get a reply. Wifi and cable were out too. Upon our arrival we noted that the elevator was dirty. Someone had spilled candy all over the floor. It was that way for 2 days without being cleaned up. Not that they have to provide these, but a simple deck of cards of a board game left in the condo would have been nice since everything was shut down.
