The unit overlooks and provides direct access to the beach. The condo has been updated with many new furniture and decorative improvements.

The condo was nice and clean! The beach was right out the sliding glass doors! The only thing we wished was different was there is not a balcony.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a few days and was just disappointed. There were issues in the condo that need to be fixed or addressed. When I tried to raise the shade in the master bedroom, It came off of the rod and looked like it had been taped on there. A previous review had said the same thing, but evidently nothing was done. There was a drip in the middle bathtub faucet. The volume on the Roku in the twin bedroom would not work. The smoke detector fell off of the wall. The sheets, bed covers, shower curtains and window curtains are an inexpensive polyester. The kitchen and living area was nice, but I was really disappointed that it did not have a walk out balcony, which I assumed from the pictures did, but that’s not the owners fault. It’s an older building, but with a little TLC this condo could be a gem. The owner was quick in replying to my questions and was patient.
