All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Great location! Pool was perfect for 4 adults. Sat on outside porch or lanai every night. Fished off dock. House exactly as described. Very nice attention to comfort & details. Well stocked kitchen. Will definitely book again. Saw manatee’s & an iguana went thru daily.
