Top of the line reverse osmosis water filtration system and 2 water heater to make sure everyone get a hot shower after a day of fun. Outdoor community pool is open at the end of June. Tennis court for guests and residence. Only 5-minute walk to the several of Park City's most popular restaurants, main grocery store, liquor store, post office and much more. We had such a wonderful stay! The townhouse was very clean, spacious (family of 4), and comfortable. Plenty of sitting room and tables to eat at. When we searched for a place to book, it was one of the few that had a good size patio with trees and views of the mountains. It didn’t disappoint, had our coffee outside every morning. The kitchen was a dream, had every appliance one could need. Played tennis several evenings. There was also a good variety of board games. We never turned on the tvs! Walking trail goes right through the area with a creek that runs alongside in certain places. Had several peaceful evening walks. Used the fireplace, got a little chilly a few nights. Had to use the AC too (twice) and it worked perfectly. Close to downtown Park City, a few times road the free bus, stops right outside the neighborhood. So many things to do-mountain coasters, slides, Olympic Park, ebiking, ice skating, boating on nearby lakes, hiking. Hiking to Blood Lake was our favorite activity. So grateful to come back and sleep on comfortable beds! Plenty of good restaurants close by. It was hard to leave. Truly our favorite vacation. Thank you for a perfect fabulous stay.

Nice home and location. Some of the details we’d expect for the upscale area and price were lacking. We noticed dust on part of the nightstands as if they were wipers, but not the entire surface. The kitchen sink disposal opening needed scrubbed (we did it ourselves) as it had dark grime under the disposal cover. Also, the containers in the bathrooms where you’d expect to find cotton swabs, cotton pads, make-up remover, etc. were apparently for decoration only as they contained none of these items. The kitchen had most of the tools, needed, but the olive oil was empty and there were no Keurig cups. I don’t expect an endless supply or variety, but a dozen of the Kirkland Pacific Blend would have been appreciated. Also, when we’re being charged a “cleaning fee” or just paying for a nice place, I don’t expect we should have to strip the bedding or need to take all of the trash to the dumpster down the street. So, don’t get me wrong, it was a lice place and worked out well, but some of the details were lacking.

Host was amazing. Great communication from booking to check in and check out. Treated us like a friend! The place was great! Very clean, a lot of amenities and lots of space! Location was fantastic. It is central to everything, ski rakers, restaurants and grocery stores! When we come back to Park City we’ll stay again.
