A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. Included are directions, contact information in case you need to contact us, a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of restaurants/shopping.

Very clean, well appointed condo with a great view. It was a little noisy and we didn’t get to enjoy sitting on the balconies much because of construction being done right below us, (replacing sidewalks and landscaping) but that was just bad timing and I assume it will all be finished in time for summer season! Would stay here again.

Yes. View was nice. Windows needed cleaning. Construction happening when first arrived but worked around it. Host attentive. Love the area. Nice hot tub and pool. Ok kitchen. Had fun. Thank you.

The view was beautiful but the unit itself had some issues. Ice maker didn’t work, dryer took forever to dry things, lighting in bedrooms not great and chairs in living room felt like you were sinking. TVs difficult to operate.
