Adorable, turn of the century 1907 Loveland Home. The home is newly renovated with stylish updates including new, beautiful maple floors. There are unique features and character throughout this 2 bed 1 bath home located 5 blocks from the center of Loveland’s Downtown. The home boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms along with a sleeper couch in the living room. A pack and play is also available for those traveling with little ones. Enjoy the full kitchen with gas stove and oven for home cooking while on vacation.

Beautiful property and very clean and comfortable. We were staying with family and we all had plenty of space and privacy, but also places to gather. The back porch was a favorite. Lots of storage in the pantry and fridge (including a wine fridge downstairs) for our food. The large dining table was also appreciated. We didn't have time to check out the TV or games but it was nice to know that they were available. There were great walking paths in the neighborhood which we thoroughly enjoyed. Honestly, all of my family members were thrilled with the accommodations. The only reason I gave the overall experience 4 stars was because there was something wrong with the tankless water heater so most of us were either shocked with ice water three minutes in to the shower or we couldn't get any hot water at all. The problem was sporadic because a few of us who took showers very early in the morning enjoyed continuous hot water. It's possible something could have been fixed if I'd contacted the host about the problem, but there really wasn't any time (lots of wedding activities) and most of our stay was over the weekend. I would recommend this place to others with the caution about the water heater! Thank you for providing such a nice place and making this wedding weekend even more memorable.

The home is located on a busy street. Traffic noise had us keeping the front door and windows shut.Bedrooms were a good size and bedding was clean and comfortable. The one bathroom is only accessible going through a bedroom. Could be awkward for some couples. Again, very clean and the shower worked wonderfully.Most of the furniture was not super comfortable. If you're planning on sitting for long periods, maybe bring a seat cushion. The patio area is nothing fancy, but comfortable. And finally very well stocked. Appliances, cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, paper products, and even a kuerig with a generous supply of k-cups.Definitely recommend this home.

We were very happy with our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, the bed we used was very comfortable, the house had everything we needed. The yard was wonderful for our dog, very much appreciated that it was fenced in. Communication was clear, check in/check out easy. Location very convenient. Happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.
