North Bay Retreat is a three-bedroom, 2nd-floor condo located in the premier marina waterfront community of Shallowbag Bay Club on Roanoke Island. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their OBX vacation. Take in the water view of the marina from your front deck and the sound from your screened porch. Very nicely appointed throughout, I was so pleased to see Stainless appliances, these were added newly to the condo.Office staff were on top of everything.

The ceiling fan on the room that is at the end of the hall to the right needs to be replace, because is making a lot of noise.
