Imagine a captivating getaway in the form of a private lookout tower, perched exclusively on a scenic hilltop. Surrounded by the Sierra Foothills and 360 views, this secluded retreat offers a unique opportunity to indulge in serene solitude and breathtaking vistas. The absence of light pollution is perfect for admiring and capturing the Milky Way. Renowned muralist Camer1SF recently painted an oceanscape that will uplift your soul.
A gated entrance leads up to the top of the hill, where your private getaway awaits you. You will have access to the entire 3 story home which welcomes up to 7 guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed. The top level can host up to 4 more people with two pullout sodas. The home has two bathrooms and a full size kitchen and dining area.
Enjoy the sunset on the 3rd story deck and watch the stars in complete darkness. You may encounter wildlife such as deer, quails, pheasants, and even the local cows! Enjoy fireside smores in the new recessed firepit or cook up a meal on the grill or Blackstone griddle! Take a walk or drive down to the private pond and fish for big bass and crappie (barbless hooks and catch & release only please). Recharge and challenge yourself with a 2-3 minute dip in the cold plunge!

Everything was as advertised. Amenities were excellent. Beautiful scenery and peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the pond, sauna, massage chair, and fire pit. Convenient location for the family after my son's basketball game at Sonora High. Would highly recommend for some quality family time.

We had an excellent time at our stay at the hilltop tower in Vallecito. Everything was clean and working well with beautiful sunsets in the evening. The area was pet friendly, and our dog loved being outside in the open air with a place to run.
