Worked out great for us. Plenty of room for everyone and walking distance from some bars and restaurants.

We stayed here for a ladies weekend. It was close to downtown, but in a skeptical part of town. We caught someone breaking into our cars at 5am. The house itself is nice and very spacious, the rooms upstairs are awesome, and the owner is communicative. I wish we would’ve brought our own towels and toilet paper because there was just not enough for 14 women (lol).
