Nestled on Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, this family retreat offers a leafy getaway with kayaks and plenty of games to keep your whole group entertained. Unwind with a coffee on the back patio overlooking the fairway, challenge your mates to a game of ping pong, and cosy up by the fire in the cooler months. A five-minute drive from the town centre's eateries and white-sand beach, you'll be well-positioned to explore all the South West region has to offer.



The Space:

This bright and spacious family home overlooks the scenic Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course—just steps away from the fairway. An open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday catering, complemented by a stylish dining area for formal meals. Dine alfresco on the patio while taking in the golf course views, or enjoy a relaxed evening in the living area by the fire crackling. The garden is brimming with backyard games, including a ping pong table, dart board, kayaks, Jenga and Connect Four, while a cosy kids’ retreat with games and books ensures fun for the whole family.



Four bedrooms guarantee a comfortable night's sleep, each equipped with clothing storage and split-system cooling. The oversized primary suite features a king-sized bed, ensuite with spa bath, his-and-hers sinks, and a private courtyard. Three additional bedrooms provide restful stays: two with queen-sized beds and one bunk bedroom with king-singles, comfortable for both adults and kids. A family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and a convenient laundry complete the layout.



Ample parking is provided on the driveway. A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Dunsborough is a charming coastal town renowned for its pristine beaches, boutique shops, and world-class wineries. MacLeod's Fairway places you right on the golf course and close to the heart of it all. Spend the day exploring the turquoise waters of Meelup Beach, strolling through scenic walking trails, or indulging in the vibrant dining scene. The South West’s famous Margaret River wine region is a short drive away, offering endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is enough space for 2 cars to park on the driveway.



Airport: Margaret River Airport is a 30-minute drive away.



Public transport: The closest bus stop is a five-minute walk from home.
