Queen size bed, sleeps 2 Ensuite, A/C, fridge, microwave, toaster, tea, coffee, 55 inch flatscreen, Netflix, Foxtel and off road undercover parking with remote access gate. The town centre is 5 minutes walk away past scenic Sturt park. Cafes and coffee shops are close by. Wi Fi is available free of charge.
There is a private court yard with an outdoor setting to relax and enjoy our sunny days.

Our unit was how Peter and Deb had described. On arrival, Peter was there to greet us and give us a brief rundown of the unit.The place was secure, with the latest technology for ease of entry. The units surrounds had a pleasant ambience, with lovely gardens and lighting. We found it was an easy 10 min walk to the main street. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Parking is easy and secure.Room is modern and clean. Wi-Fi is fast and having Netflix is a big bonus. Great to have some treats in the fridge. Bed is super comfortable. Wardrobe is spacious.Out host Peter is really friendly and makes us feel very welcome. Would be even better to have a kitchen sink for dishwashing in the future.

If you are operating a B & B you should invest in a good quality mattress. The bed in this property consisted of two mattresses
The top one was a lumpy foam mattress which was uncomfortable. The sheets did not fit properly and the bottom fitted sheet continuously pulled away from the mattress.
There was no tissues, paper towel or tea towel supplied.
