About this house rental
Modern, Chic Adult ONLY retreat on a hill at the end of a quiet dead end street steps from downtown Saugatuck. There is on-site private parking for 2 vehicles. You will walk up 2 flights of steps that lead to a private serene covered deck and entrance. The deck has a comfy sitting area and a large table for dining and/or games and hanging out. It was thoughtfully designed by the owner/Super Host for those guests who are coming to our area to enjoy all that Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer. This space is bright and inviting with high quality linens, cozy beds and stylish furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms with King size beds, quality mattresses, linens and towels and black-out shades for a restful night of sleep. There are two bath areas with a sink and toilet that share a private walk-in shower. It comes with a kitchenette with a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cocktail and coffee bar areas. Leave the cooking to the first-rate chefs in town and enjoy a craft cocktail at one of the many bars or tasting rooms. Take a hike to the top of Mt. Baldy to enjoy a panoramic view of the city, spend the day at beach along the sandy shoreline of Lake Michigan or take a stroll in town and visit one of the many vibrant art galleries or shops. Whether you want to come and relax or hit the town, this space will give you everything you need and more! Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the deck or having evening cocktails watching the sunset with a breeze coming off the water. It is a perfect getaway for a single couple, 2 couples or a small group of friends or family.

This was one of the absolutely nicest vacation rentals we have stayed in—ever! Our host, Tracey, provided everything we could want (and more) for a wonderful sisters getaway.From making restaurant and shopping suggestions to including so many amenities (picnic basket, luxury linens, high-end toiletries, and a welcome bottle of chilled white wine), tracey helped make our stay an amazing one.The furnishings and decorating were beautiful and as pictured. This home was also impressively clean and curated! Can’t wait to return.

I was skeptical about how many great reviews there were on this. There has to be something to have a 3 or 4 star……there really wasn’t. It’s a great place, location, and communication from Tracy. So fun to have all of Saugatuck at your doorstep.

This is an excellent property in Saugatuck, within an easy 2 minute walk to the restaurants, coffee shops and activities the village has to offer. The apartment was pristine and clearly designed with pride and guest comfort in mind. The coffee/cocktail bar particularly stands out as well-stocked. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Our host, Tracy was exceptionally communicative and great to work with.

Spacious and very clean! Everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend in Saugatuck. 1 block to downtown and the view from the patio is amazing! Will be back! Tracy kept in touch the whole time making sure we were comfortable
