Morning walkers can enjoy the local architecture of mansions and Frank Lloyd Wright homes within a 4 block loop. Free trolley stop 1 block to downtown Decatur with fine dining and central park. The cottage is wonderful. It is cozy, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. We walked to a downtown restaurant on our first evening and enjoyed a very nice meal. Our host, Mark, was fantastic. He provided proactive messages, great local information, was easy to reach, replied to communications quickly, and even stocked the kitchen with breakfast items. We could not ask for a better experience.

Kitchen was very well stocked. Breakfast foods made available. Quick response from owner. Tastefully decorated. Wonderful stay, Would stay there again.
