Welcome to The Caribbean SandCastle, a luxurious and avant-garde villa suspended on columns above a spectacular beach. An impressive feat of engineering and architecture, The Caribbean SandCastle brings you closer to the sand and water than any home on the Caribbean. This beautiful pink-sand beach is lapped by shallow water that is usually as calm as a lake. Caribbean SandCastle faces west so you can enjoy the most wonderful sunsets over the sea every evening from your decks and windows.

The Caribbean SandCastle is located on Alabaster Beach, one of the most stunning and pristine beaches in the Caribbean, featured on the cover of Conde Nast Traveler's December 2012 issue.
Remodeled in 2021 and decorated with custom contemporary furnishings, The Caribbean SandCastle has a spacious interior plus extensive wrap-around decks and outside space. The Caribbean SandCastle's great room, suspended over the beach, is divided into three spaces. The Entertainment area has a flat-screen TV, DVD, and hi-fi sound system. The kitchen, dining area, and breakfast nook offer contemporary cooking and dining with extensive beach and ocean views. The ultra-modern kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances including French-door refrigerator, glass top range, wall oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The third space, the Chill Out area, hovers over the sea, giving a view and proximity to the water found in few houses anywhere in the world. Both the Chill Out Room and the Entertainment area have sofa beds (a total of 2 sofa beds in all).
The Caribbean SandCastle has four bedrooms, each with a luxurious bath (either en suite or across the hall) and an ocean-view deck. Two of the baths have showers; the other two have shower/tub combinations. Watch the sunset from your bedroom window, or step onto your deck for a morning coffee, feed the birds or fish, and listen to the Caribbean lapping on the sand. One bedroom has a king bed, two have queen beds, and one has twin beds that can be converted to a king. Each room has its own AC air handler and can set its own temperature.
Outside on the beach, beneath the elevated platform of the house, The Caribbean SandCastle has a large shaded dining area where you can grill your catch of the day and dine on the water's edge. An outdoor shower is also located nearby at the back of the house for easy access to rinse off.
Amenities at The Caribbean SandCastle include full AC, super-fast Starlink WIFI, Apple TV, advanced water purification system, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Two paddleboards and two kayaks are provided, including a large three-person kayak well equipped for fishing or taking a longer journey.
The town of Governors Harbour, a ten-minute drive from the property, has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbor. Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897, for the weekly coffee hour for foreign residents and tourists. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. Friday Night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour, a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.
Eleuthera is famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. The island, home to just 8000 residents, where everyone knows everyone, is known for being very safe. The snorkeling, diving, and fishing on the island are world class. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. You can rent power boats, sailboats, sea kayaks, bikes.

The property was beautiful, the photos don’t really do it justice. Checking in and out was super easy, communication with the property manager was very easy. The beach right behind the house was amazing and the pool was a wonderful addition.

We were pleased upon our arrival to find that the house was very clean with no sand anywhere. Very unusual for a home on the beach.We enjoyed the wrap around deck that we could access from our bedrooms. The expanded deck area featured an infinity pool and hot tub which was easily accessible both day and night. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated with ample natural light from sliding glass doors. The house had four bedrooms and four full bathrooms,which is very unusual, allowing each couple to have their own private space. The kitchen was well equipped with a large island and featuring large dinning table. Beautiful private setting.

Caribbean SandCastle provided the perfect setting for our dream vacation. We loved how the house takes full advantage of its extraordinarily beautiful location -- we had a full panoramic view of the island's most gorgeous beach. And so accessible - just a few steps and you're right there for swimming, beach combing, and long walks in the sand. Each evening we watched a breathtaking sunset, either from the sitting room or the back porch. The all-white house is stunning. It just gleams, when viewed from any direction. The inside is roomy and airy, with an open floor plan for gathering as well as private spaces where each guest can retreat. All of the four bedrooms have access to the wrap-around porch. Our group included three adult couples, but there's plenty of room for more (it would be a great place for extended families with children of all ages). The house was neat, clean, and beautifully appointed with local art and furnishings. We cooked a lot, taking full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. The appliances, including washer and dryer, all seemed brand new. And how we enjoyed just stepping outside the door into that gorgeous infinity pool! We also loved relaxing in the hot tub. We now hope to make Caribbean SandCastle our annual vacation destination. Without hesitation we give it our highest recommendation.

Loved this house and hope to return. Great space to share with a group of 7 for a week. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out or gather depending on your mood. Great kitchen supplies. We used the kayaks and stand up paddle boards more than we expected because it was so easy and calm in the water at the house.
