About this villa rental
Step through the door and enter this lush property with stunning views of Hans Lollick and the British islands. This stunning villa sleeps 8 in its three bedrooms and living room sleeper sofa. The large pool and deck are where you'll spend most of your time enjoying the Caribbean breeze and views!
Walk down the steps to first reach the cottage with private entrance. Continue down more steps to enter the main villa. The bright blue seas will enchant you from the very beginning in this charming seaside villa set atop a bluff at the ocean's edge.
The villa is well laid out with a pleasing bi-level floor plan and air-conditioning throughout. With 1750 interior square feet and 750 exterior square feet, you'll have plenty of room to gain privacy when desired. The tranquil gardens feature an abundance of colorful flora, plus fruit trees (orange, lemon, lime, and avocado), Traveler Palm, and a Ficus privacy hedge. By day, see sunrise swirls of color, watch sailboats make their way on the shimmering sea, and by night, stargaze and dance by the light of the moon - delightful!

Absolutely fantastic. Perfect for 3 couples or children who need a little privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked often. The view was priceless. Mattresses and furniture were all comfortable. Electricity in St. Thomas is very spotty ,we learned, but the house has a full generator including AC which was wonderful. We would come again without hesitation. Reminder that there are lots of stairs to get to the property so probably not the best for older folks, but no problem for us in our sixties.

Absolutely best way to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Private house with breath taking view. We rented a jeep and it didn’t feel too much out of the way from everything. Would definitely go back!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the exceptional communication from Sunswept Properties. I received proactive emails timed just right. Instructions were clear and specific. The guest binder was very helpful. Responsiveness was 100%. We've stayed at many rentals and this was unique in that the pictures and descriptions are spot on. The pool is much bigger than it looks and we really enjoyed the noodles and floats. Wonderful experience. We'll book this property through Sunswept again.
