This property strictly rents from the first of the month to the first of the following month during our peak season months, the rental schedule is as follows: 1/1/25 to 2/1/25, 2/1/25 to 3/1/25, 3/1/25 to 4/1/25, please reach out to our front desk staff with any questions. Please note: An HOA application, with a $100 fee, is due at least 30 days prior to arrival; bookings made within 30 days risk delays, denial, or cancellation.

Further, the laundry room has an in-unit washer and dryer on the left side! The kitchen has an eat-in bar along with new appliances! The dining room is located in between the kitchen and living room to allow you to enjoy a nice meal while watching TV! This unit also has a wet bar for maximum entertaining space. Off the living room is the master bedroom which has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, jet tub, and a separate toilet room. The master also has a massive walk-in closet! The balcony has a table and chairs to relax while watching the waves in the distance!
