This was the nicest vacation home our family has ever stayed in. We had 12 people across four generations (ages 1 to 84) and there was more than enough space and plenty of bathrooms for everyone.The house is recently remodeled with everything new, modern, and top-of-the-line. It was spotless on arrival, and small touches like cold beers and bottled water were appreciated.The home is fully stocked—no need to bring anything beyond groceries. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is an excellent supply of beach gear including chairs, toys, boogie boards, pool noodles, and a wagon. Wi-Fi worked perfectly.The downstairs game room with pool table, ping pong, and air hockey was a big hit. The outdoor area is outstanding—especially the pool and bar space. We enjoyed a Low Country boil outside, and the bar area was perfect for gathering. Cornhole boards were also used daily.The private pool was a highlight and matched the pictures exactly. It was cleaned twice during our stay and stayed spotless.Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Beach access is a short, easy walk, and the beach in front of the house was never crowded.Great location—Publix is just down the street and John’s Pass is a short drive away. Everything you need is close while still feeling relaxed and private.Our only complaint is that the week went by too fast. We made incredible memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for large family vacations.

First of all I am not sure where to even begin to describe our stay at this beautiful beach front home. We have rented several home off Vrbo and this one far exceeds all of them! I had seen other reviews that the home was outdated and I am thinking the home must have been completely renovated. And it’s like Crate and Barrel meets restoration hardware (literally). This home is so beautiful! The pool and the beach are wonderful. The sunsets every night are breathtaking! I highly recommend this home! So many great Restaurants are a short uber ride away! We will return for our family vacations for sure!

We vacationed at the house for a week with children and grandchildren. We were 6 adults and 5 children. The house is newly renovated and very comfortable. The amenities and beach access, pool area are top rate. A very nice vacation was had by all. Here are some comments and thoughts for improvements:1) The house is very nicely decorated in a light, modern style, almost too nice for a family group with small children. The couches are a very light color, and kids had to be constantly told to not eat there.2) The outdoor grill was working, except two of the 6 burner knobs were faulty.3) Nice beach towels were abundantly supplied, but there is nowhere to dry them, except to throw them in the washer/dryer on a daily basis. That does not seem a sustainable solution.4) The bedrooms are nicely bright with big windows. It would be nice with curtains to darken the rooms especially for small children.

The house is very large and easily accommodated our group of 7.
The kitchen was minimally stocked with utensils. Had to contact management to get more than 3 table knives. Management also had to bring measuring spoons and a can opener that would work. We ended up fixing the clogged and frozen door ice dispenser. We had to have management fix two toilets while we were there. The hot water was very slow in arriving upstairs.
Management did respond quickly.
Didn’t realize how often we would have to go from bottom floor to 3rd floor. Bet I got my steps in each day.
Pool was wonderful, two dinning areas along with the breakfast bar was very helpful. The Main suite was huge.
Long walk to the beach and path is fairly overgrown.
While there are several balconies, the trees block the view to the beach and ocean.
