This unit sleeps 4 and has 2 queen beds, 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. There is a breakfast / dining table a desk and a dresser.

We stayed Labor Day weekend. The property was nicely cornered and easily accessible to everything.
Only downside, which is at no fault of the property owner, is ceiling is thin and we could hear every footstep happening above us. The A/C unit woke us a few times during the night as well with how loud that ran, but again… it seems like all the rooms had this same issue, not just this one. Michelle was fast and responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

It was a nice relaxing time. We haven’t been to River Ranch for many years. Food and activity prices have increased significantly. Rodeo, bonfire and pool were great! Room comfortable and spacious. The screened in patio and rear exit was also nice.
