The fully stocked kitchen includes a variety of coffee makers (Keurig, standard, French Press), along with a standard fridge, full-size stove and oven, dishwasher, blender, crockpot, and more, ensuring your culinary needs are effortlessly met.
Discover the convenience of our stellar location just three blocks from the beach. Situated within walking distance (0.8 miles, 16 min walk) to Coligny Plaza, guests can easily explore restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Enjoy ungated off-street parking for added convenience.
This spacious ground-floor one-bedroom condo spans 850 sq ft and features a queen-size bed, TVs in both the bedroom and living area, and a generous outdoor patio. Guests can also take advantage of complimentary tennis rackets and balls for use at the complex's tennis/pickleball court. Additionally, our amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and jacuzzi.

Our condo complex continues to make improvements to enhance the property as a resort destination. As part of these efforts, the building will be performing balcony and patio improvements during this time, including grinding and applying a protective sealant to the concrete surfaces.

There may be short periods of construction activity and noise while the work is being completed. The crew is working to keep noise to a minimum, but we wanted to note this for awareness.
This is a building-wide maintenance project to help maintain and protect the property. The rest of the condo and amenities remain fully available. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are being completed.

The condo was clean, well stocked, and roomy for a couple. We bike and play tennis when we're on the island so we really liked that it's a 1st floor unit with an enclosed area to park our bikes. The indoor hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. Nice amenities for this time of year. The short walk to the beach was awarded with dolphin pods and a few great sunrises to see. Brandy gets an A+ as property manager and that Southern Omelet at Skillets was the bomb!
