About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Ventana, your ultimate St. Thomas escape! This stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is nestled on over 2 acres of lush tropical land and offers a vacation experience like no other. With unobstructed views of Charlotte Amalie Harbor, you’ll enjoy watching cruise ships come and go while soaking in breathtaking sunsets from your private paradise.
Relax in the infinity pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the horizon or enjoy cocktails on the expansive
covered patio with comfortable furnishings and 270 degree views! Enjoy alfresco dining on the covered patio with
world class views. Listen to your favorite music in the house, on the patio, or by the pool on the Sonos whole house
sound system.
The living room is comfortable and inviting with high-end furniture and original artwork by local artists. The gourmet
kitchen has everything you will need with a Subzero refrigerator and a Wolff gas range. There is a cozy breakfast nook
and an adjacent beverage center.
The four bedrooms have comfortable high end furnishings and all have views as well as ensuite bathrooms with unique
marble showers. The master bathroom has a soaking tub. Two of the bathrooms have dual sinks.
The gym on the lower level has free weights, an elliptical machine and a treadmill. There is a Weber Genesis grill on the patio. With all this villa has to offer you may never want to leave!

We can't imagine a more beautiful view on the entire island. We stayed 5 days, and spent 4 of them in the pool. It was hard to want to leave when you had everything you could want right there on the property! We cooked most of our meals there, the kitchen is well stocked with non-food items.The bedrooms are all uniquely different, but all have their own bathroom & shower. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the AC and fans make for a very comfortable temperature.The patios and furniture were lovely. We enjoyed that they keep the house stocked with guest left-behinds, we found it thoughtful. Extra pool floaties, a cooler, bug spray, spices/condiments, coffee filters, etc. None of it is guaranteed, but very convenient. I would recommend looking in all the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen before going to the stores for supplies/groceries. FYI for bathrooms - there is hand soap, but you need shampoo/conditioner/body soap.It was extremely romantic for a couple, but we can also see it being a fantastic place for a larger groups of friends/family.I would heavily suggest you take the time upon your arrival to read the whole welcome binder. There is fantastic information about your stay, extremely helpful. The stereo system throughout the property in particular is very neat, but you wouldn't know about it unless you read the book.Concierge and maintenance were extremely responsive and helpful.

Everything was outstanding. From the first commumication to checkin, to the stay itself. Everything was amazing. The property management was 1st class. Nothing is ever perfect, so when we had small issues, they were super responsive and fixed things immediately! Shoutout to Brian, the maintenance guy. He was aweasme. We could not have asked for more. The property is stunning. The bedrooms spacious and nicely appointed. The kitchen was used a lot and we found it extremely functional. 2 ovens, a huge fridge and some pantry staples helped round out our shopping trips. The pool was amazing. The views - I can't imagine better. The house is close to 2 grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. You do need a car (or a driver) to get around. We had 3 generations of family stay here (teens, newlyweds and us old folk) and everyone had a blast. Thank you to SunSwept Villas!! We will be back.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The views, amenities and pool were exceptional. The property was very well maintained considering the remote location. Overall I was very pleased with the stay and will look to rent this property again if visiting St. Thomas.
