About this villa rental
1870 Beachside Tennis is a 2nd-floor, renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa that provides beautiful water views and is conveniently located in the trendy South Beach area of Sea Pines.
The living room features a sofa, loveseat, a comfy leather armchair, smart flat-screen TV and two walls of windows with two slider doors opening to a wraparound balcony, overlooking the Calibogue Sound.
The dining area has a wooden table with six distressed chairs. There is also additional seating at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and updated cabinetry.
The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen television, and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony with breathtaking sound views. The attached bathroom has granite counters, double vanity, and a shower/tub combination.
The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a flat-screen television, and a sliding glass door with access to a private balcony overlooking the pool and Calibogue Sound. This room has access to the hall bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combination.
For larger parties, this Beachside Tennis Hilton Head villa rental features another renovated and updated unit next door at #1869 Beachside Tennis, depending on availability.

Hi there, we just returned home from our vacation at Sea Pines resort. The resort itself the property is absolutely stunning. The location to the pool and the ocean was wonderful. The view was perfect. We had a few issues with the room. The worst was probably that there is no airflow in the guestroom where there's two queen beds where we slept so the room remains hot the entire visit. Air does not go into that room at all. It does through the master bedroom, but not at all through the guestroom. Another issue is the rugs in the master bedroom and the guestroom or outdoor they are very rough on the feet. We also had half of a roll of paper, towel towels, and only two rolls of toilet paper. Usually whenever you stay at a place like this, which I have lots of times before there is extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, an extra garbage bag or two and simple things like salt and pepper, which there was not of any of the above. It was nice to be greeted with a beach bag with some snacks in it. There is a gate upon entry into the resort. It would be nice if the car passes were at the gate instead of having to go by the office 15 minutes away to pick them up. The last two mornings there was landscaping people outside at 8 AM waking you up. Another big thing was the fitted sheets on one of the guest beds, and the master bed did not fit on the bed at all. It wouldn't even fit on the bed to make the bed so you had to sleep on the bare mattress.

Great condo. Very convenient to the beach, tennis, pool, and South beach village. All within easy walking distance. The condo was immaculate and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats and dolphins go by in the sound. Would definitely rent this place again.
