Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. Walking distance to the pier also. John was very responsive to my questions quickly. Nice to have our on site parking spot as well!

John was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only downside, a few pots and pans need to be replaced and the oven door would not open fully.
