Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. In the living room there is a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 4. The condo has one full bath off the master. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinets. The furniture is new and the wall paintings are extraordinary! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock on the condo's front door. No more dealing with keeping up with keys!!!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This was a beautiful condo located on the 15th floor. It was a great set up for a couple looking to enjoy time at the beach. The fireplace in the living room was something that made it feel more inviting. The only downfall was the balcony. You could see directly into your neighbors balcony on the left and they could see into yours. Everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice and, for the most part, clean. I do have a few suggestions. Upon arrival, there was sand in the kitchen floor area and in front of the balcony door. I got the vacuum out and vacuumed the whole unit. The cleaners could do a better job. There were crumbs under the bed as well that had not been vacuumed. I suggest the sheets be replaced; they were very worn and had light stains every so often from wear. The mattress will eventually need to be replaced as it dips down on one side. You could feel a big hump in it, and it was very stiff, comfort-wise. We always stay at a Phoenix location, and we love the location and the condo itself.

The location, view, and beach access are excellent. The unit was in good condition but needed more attention to detail when cleaning. When we arrived, the floors needed to be swept. The vacuum was full, and the roller bar was encased in hair. There was black mold in the grout directly behind the kitchen faucet. The dishwasher had not been unloaded, and some of the utensils were not clean in the cabinets. The shower had dried shampoo/soap down the walls and could have been cleaned better. We found trash/dry food under/behind the sofa.
