The first level of this home features 1 bedroom and the main entertainment area. The open floor plan makes it easy to stay connected. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas range with breakfast bar seating. The living room features a sleeper sofa just off the dining room with easy access to the patio! A half bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located on this floor as well. The screened-in patio has ceiling fans for added comfort and overlooks the pool. Heading back inside, the first bedroom is located towards the front of the house. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed and ensuite with a shower/tub combo.

Just up the stairs, the second level of this home features 3 primary suites. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, a screened-in porch, and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 also features a king-sized bed with an ensuite that has a shower/tub combo. Lastly, bedroom 4 features 1 queen-sized bed and 1 twin/twin bunk bed with access to the screened-in porch. Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $15 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
