Set across two levels, this magnificent home has huge glass windows that frame the stunning bay views. Featuring 6 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs, 2 living areas, 3 bathrooms and a games room.
Enjoy panoramic views while cooking and entertaining in the granite kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, which flows into an open plan living and dining area. Slide open the large glass windows to an expansive outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ. This is the perfect spot to take in the sparkling water views while enjoying your morning coffee and breakfast, or at night with the city lights of Melbourne as your back drop while dining alfresco with family and friends. There is also a second dining room featuring a large, beautiful solid timber dining table with seating for 8 people.
Downstairs is the sixth bedroom, another huge living area and a games room with Playstation, soccer table, toys, games and books. Doors open onto a terrace with landscaped gardens and a children’s outdoor play gym.
Other features include a master bedroom with sea views and ensuite, ducted heating plus split system heating and cooling, ceiling fans and an electric fireplace for ambience. There is parking for up to 4 cars, including a double remote garage.

During the summer months, Mount Martha becomes a hive of activity with vistiors enjoying a variety of watersports including swimming, sailing, jet skiing and windsurfing. The charming local village has distinctive cafes, restaurants and boutiques to explore, or take a short drive along the coast to Mornington with an array of eateries and shops.
