This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 4th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!!
Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious 4th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a new queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Easy to park on the 4th floor and walk to the unit. A/C was great, everything worked as it should, and it was great to have laundry in the unit. Bedding was definitely dated but clean! No issues!

The stay was fine. There could have been more things as a starter kit such as toilet paper, dish soap(we had none). The sondo was clean and had all the essential cookware.

Condo was furnished poorly, needs upgrade, kitchen not well equipped, tried to contact the rep in my email, never responded; parking was extra. Would not go back.
