Welcome to Oceania 13, your perfect vacation spot in Gulf Shores, Alabama! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 13th floor of the Oceania complex and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The minute you step inside you will be greeted by an open and spacious living area with plenty of natural light. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to a large balcony overlooking the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining. It has everything you need to prepare meals, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining room seats 8 with more seating at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony access for your morning coffee, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom.
The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has two double beds and a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and plenty of storage space.
Oceania 13 also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The complex amenities include a large outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and private beach access.
Gulf Shores is a family-friendly destination with plenty of activities for all ages. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and water-sports on the beach, or visit nearby attractions like the Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.

One parking pass included in price of reservation. A second one can be purchased for $25 plus tax. Maximum of two cars. Pricing subject to change at anytime per HOA
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

This was 100% the best place we have stayed in ever with our growing family. My mom and dad had space and were comfortable. My grandmother had her space and was comfortable. My family and my brother’s family with all of our kids had plenty of space and were comfortable. I have an infant and my SIL has a newborn. We both have two older kids (oldest is 10 years old). The bunk beds in every room was perfect. Having the entire floor to ourselves. Fantastic. Although the pool didn’t have bells and whistles (like a lazy river and water slide and zero entry pool) we didn’t even notice. It was honestly perfect. The indoor/outdoor situation was excellent. Living spaces, hallways….. everything was so spacious and what we needed for everyone this year with all of our new additions. The only drawback was truly it coming with only two parking places. BUT our other two cars parked at Pier 33 grocery across the street (for a fee). Wasn’t terrible. Also wasn’t ideal. Oh yea, and this place was literally a few steps from the beach. Sooooo convenient. We will 100% be back. We have 100% told many friends about this place already. If you have a bunch of folks and need a place to stay, this is your place!!

Property was clean- loved new floors- great views - we had air conditioning problems that took 2 days to get fixed but management worked hard trying to get it fixed . Did a good job on a weekend.

The property was great but the parking was an issue. We used one of the handicap spaces which left the 2nd space allocated for our unit vacant. We were not allowed to pay and use the 2nd spot simply because they only allow the use of 2 spots per unit. The 2nd spot for unit 13 remained vacant for the week and our 3rd vehicle was parked down the street.
