Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Renewed townhouse, 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths located in Jax Beach, just a minute (approximately 130 yards/2 blocks) walk to the ocean. Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. Easy access to JTB Boulevard (202), and less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass.

Absolutely fantastic stay - everything you would ever want in a beach house! The beach itself is flat and not super crowded. Host was great! Will definitely be staying here again :)

This place was spectacular. We were in town for a wedding. The hosts have an iron and ironing board, which came in clutch for this formal affair. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. There's a coffee bar with a choice of drip or pod coffee. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. We had a great stay and found time to walk to the beach in this incredibly quiet neighborhood.

What a beautiful little townhouse so close to the ocean and also walking distance to shops and restaurants. Erica and her husband were amazing. They live next-door and we’re super available and kind.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and the host was very easy to get ahold of when needed.
