Beautiful home in a great neighborhood on a quiet street. Our host was extremely responsive to our requests and very helpful with local restaurant recommendations. When in Seattle again, I will definitely stay there. Highly recommended VRBO.

Roland was such a great and responsive host! The space was spotless and set up very well with two large bedrooms, a lovely kitchen and a plant-filled bathroom. The neighborhood was lovely with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the space. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back this way. Lisa C (NYC)

The property was lovely and Roland was a fantastic host. We had a small issue arise with the bathroom and Roland took care of it immediately. We traveled with a small child and he had a high chair and travel crib ready for us when we arrived. The only difficulty was the noise from the apartment above which at night got to be fairly loud at times. The home is an older historic home and I think that is often a quirk of older homes so it's just something to be aware of. Other than that, I highly recommend the staying here and thank Roland for a great stay.

Excellent location, just a short drive to the heart of downtown Seattle, nestled in a charming neighborhood walking distance from a grocery store. Comfy beds, family- and pet-friendly with a great back patio.
