This first floor spacious apartment is located at the foot of Aventino hill, in the Testaccio district, one of the most traditional and characteristic boroughs of Rome, within walking distance to Trastevere.
When you will step in the first thing you will notice will be probably the modern and luminous style of forniture and the way the space is managed in order to make you feel free to move and cosy at the same time. The large 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms (all provided with showers) help guests enjoy their privacy. The living room and the kitchen area are fully equipped: smart TV, wi-fi, air-conditioned, washer, dishwasher. The particular location of the apartment is perfect for families or for friends willing to enjoy quiet during their stay but also to have any kind of entertainment within walking distance. This is a really nice apartment located in the heart of Rome. Communication with the host was smooth and effective. They assisted with connecting us with transportation to and from the airport as well. Upon arrival at the apartment, we met with Flavio who showed us around the apartment and gave some recommendations and answered any questions. It's very centrally located and easy to access the metro systems, restaurants, markets, etc. Nice stay.

The property is better than the pictures. It is in the bus and tram line and moving around Rome is so easy. On the same street is an excellent coffee bar, pizzeria and gelato store. A grocery store is a five minute walk and a farmer's market is a ten minute walk. The A/C units work well and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The unit is a 30 minute walk from the Colessuem and the Vatican. A six minute walk to great restaurant in old Trestavere. I would stay here every chance I get .

Great process all the way around. Some minor maintenance issues that were quickly addressed by the management company through the VRBO platform. Would stay again.

Very nice for multiple people great for cooking in and relaxing, very satisfied, check-in process was a little confusing but host immediately handled issues.
