Sleeping up to 4 guests, you will love this peaceful original Gracetown beach house located high on the Gracetown hill, with sweeping views out towards South Point.
Known as the “Yellow House”, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home accommodates up to 4 guests and has been lovingly renovated to ensure comfort and style, whilst paying homage to its rare nature as an original Gracetown beach shack.
With natural jarrah floors throughout, it includes a modern well-equipped kitchen, a stylish yet comfortable lounge room and a freshly renovated bathroom.
Both bedrooms are tastefully appointed and include a comfortable queen size bed. The shutter blinds can be drawn for those essential holiday sleep ins or opened to take in the ocean views framed by the peppermint trees.
Imagine enjoying watching the sun set over the horizon with your family and friends on the balcony, whilst nibbling on local cheese and treats, or cuddling up to a cosy fireplace with a good book after a day on the water, glass of local shiraz in hand. Every night, drift off to sleep to the subtle sounds of the ocean, then wake up slowly to watch the sun rise over the hill.
Set amongst the peppermint trees, this peaceful and private home is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life; to relax and reenergise; or as a base to explore the best of the South West, by land or by sea (boat parking available).

Excellent use of space with lots of care and attention to detail. Outside shower, a proper little kitchen (even spices, oils, & sauces in the cupboard). The beds were a touch firm for our preference but otherwise had a great stay. Fire up the (very clean) BBQ with those sunset views and twinkling lights. Would recommend.
