Experience the charm of a Florida cottage-style home in the heart of Port St. Joe, just half a block from St. Joe Bay! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your fresh catch, while the spacious patio boasts two ceramic grills, a Blackstone griddle, a fryer/steamer, and a fish cleaning table. You can even catch your favorite game on the 55" TV while you cook. With all these amenities, dining out becomes optional!
The fully fenced backyard provides a secure and enjoyable space for your dogs. The large driveway accommodates up to four vehicles or an offshore-sized boat with a vehicle. Prefer to explore? Everything in town is within walking distance!
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with blackout curtains for restful sleep—so comfortable that guests frequently ask where we got the mattress! The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an armoire to keep your belongings organized. At the back of the house, a bright and spacious room overlooks the patio and features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a desk, and a 32" monitor with a printer/scanner/copier—perfect for booking a fishing trip or getting work done without squinting at your laptop.
The home includes two recently remodeled bathrooms—one between the bedrooms with a tub/shower combo and another near the bunk room with a walk-in shower, ideal for guests with mobility concerns. A gas-powered tankless water heater ensures endless hot water.
The kitchen is stocked with high-end dishes, silverware, and cookware, along with a reverse osmosis system providing clean drinking water at the sink and to the ice maker. In the evenings, unwind on the screened front porch in our hand-built swing while watching golf carts pass by on the town’s only designated route. Or, relax in the spacious living room with plush new leather furniture.

It's hard to know which good thing to talk about first, but I'm going to start with the owners. Easily the most engaged owners I've ever dealt with. Easy to reach. Eager to help. They live close and offered several times to come help in person. Truly a joy to work with. The owners are honestly reason enough to rent this house!The house is also great! It's very charming and has tons of character. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked. If you like to cook on vacation this is your dream! The kitchen is super well stocked, and the outdoor cooking setup is awesome!

This quiet little house in Port St. Joe was the perfect vacation getaway. The homeowner thoughtfully provided a book with the history of the home, along with helpful information and answers to common questions. It was a wonderful touch and a great resource during our stay.Our daughter absolutely loved the front porch bed swing—it quickly became her favorite spot to relax. The home comfortably accommodated six adults, and the back porch was always breezy and inviting, with plenty of games provided for everyone to enjoy.We also appreciated the fish-cleaning table, which was a great amenity to have available. The homeowner was responsive and wonderful to work with whenever we needed assistance with something during our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be renting this home again. Highly recommended!

Everything was just as described. All of the amenities was exactly as advertised. Clean and ready early. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended by my whole family. 7 of us was very comfortable in this home for our vacation

Great Home!! The house was clean and had everything you would need. The backyard was awesome for our K9. The location was so convenient to the restaurants. We loved it.
