About this apartment rental
You can’t beat this location! This recently remodeled one bedroom apartment puts you within walking distance of both downtown BG as well as BGSU’s campus. This is a ground floor apartment with one parking spot that is part of a small complex. You have space for one car down the alley behind the building. There is a living room that offers a brand new couch and chair along with a smart TV. You will have access to Netflix or can log in to other TV apps with your login information. There is wifi throughout the apartment. This unit also offers a full kitchen if you hope to cook a meal and is central enough for delivery of all restaurants that Bowling Green has to offer. The bedroom has a brand new queen bed as well as another smart TV. There is a small desk space if you find yourself needing to get work done while you’re away from home. We keep the bathroom stocked so all towels and showering essentials are there for you to use if you wish. The location allows you to walk downtown if you want to enjoy an evening out for dinner or a drink and is also close enough to campus to head there on foot. We hope this provides a restful stay for you as you travel away from home! With a living room, full kitchen, and bedroom with a queen size bed this unit offers plenty of comfort for a stay away from home.

Great place to stay when visiting BGSU.

First of all, the price here was far cheaper than the local hotels. It was just us, mom and dad, visiting our college student, and it was ridiculously close to everything, from the college to Main St, easily walkable. Parking in the alley road was different than what we are used to but host described perfectly and it’s 2 steps from the door. The little place was plenty for a couple visiting and I actually honestly miss it. It was really darn cozy and peaceful

Bed was just too uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a place to sleep and shower and make it to commencement. Parking was good
