We have an issue with the HVAC while on our stay and the owner was quick to take action and get the unit fixed. Overall a very nice place. There are stairs that go down from the parking area to the place which we did not notice before arriving. Very clean and cozy.

We had a great stay in Bridge-R-Ton cabin! The kids absolutely loved playing in the indoor pool that came equipped with pool games and floaties. The 3 master bedrooms were clean and cozy and the bunk room was great for the kids and right next to the cool game room. Would definitely recommend to others!

My grandkids lived the pool and hottub. Yhey just wanted to stsy st the cabin all the time instead of going into town

Overall this cabin was exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well cared for. We had plenty of space and it is centrally located to all of the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
