Premium location, one of the best sandy beaches and the property is right on the beach. The property has everything you need, much better than a hotel. Very large balcony with sea view is a gem. Very comfortable chairs and beds. Everything is clean and spotless. Highly appreciate the dryer machine. Nice waves on the beach, great for kids. Beach safety could be paranoid and put double red when you just start having real fun with waves, but this is typically for FL and happens rarely. No dangerous sea animals during our stay, sandy bottom was safe. If you get cold in the sea, you can warm up in jacuzzi. Two bedrooms is very helpful for a family. What can be improved is a note about 40 parking fee per stay. I like that it is charged only if you need parking but better to mention it explicitly. Checking is as easy as it could be, just use the door code. Getting wrist band is optional, needed only if you want to use pool or jacuzzi, and you can get the band on any day. Very fast and efficient communication with the host. The building itself is quiet with concrete walls. Elevator trip may take some time, especially around 10am, but hope this will be improved after elevator repair gets completed. Thunderstorms happens, and the pool and jacuzzi could be closed because of lightings. Chair service could be helpful if you need some rest from sea water under umbrella shade. Only once there was a jet boat circling around with exhaust fumes, all other time the air on the beach was clean.

Most everything was great except for the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE mattress we have ever slept on. Very disappointing because the condo has nice furniture, an equipped kitchen, excellent air conditioner and a fabulous deck. We spent most of our times there. Even ate meals at the large table on the deck. We did leave a night early because we could not tolerate the mattress anymore.
I did not appreciate not being told ahead of time that there is a $40 charge for parking that is not included in the condo price. You pay it when you check in. It is what is it, that’s fine, but be upfront about it. Also I would suggest they get different wrist brands that you can easily take on and off becaus the cheap “ bar” bands are annoying. Overall I would recommend this unit just be ready to feel like you are sleeping on a board. The pullout couch was more comfortable than the bedrooms.
