Summary:
Located near the main Guiones beach entrance, Las Brisas De Nosara is a unique 2-house compound (plus a huge central Rancho) on one of the largest lots in the best location of Guiones Beach. A 4-min walk to Guiones Beach, surfboard in hand, so close you can hear the surf at night. Rancho loft ideal for private yoga classes. Lush gardens, large pool, patios, ping pong & more make this one of Nosara's best properties! Plus you get to enjoy complimentary housekeeping & laundry, 3x/week!
The Space:
It is rare in Playa Guiones to find a compound so close to the beach that can house so many people in a spacious, tranquil environment.
Walk out the gate and walk a few steps to the beach, to Beach Dog Cafe, to Harbor Reef, and to the Harmony Hotel. Nearly everything is walking distance from this ideally located property - one of the largest private properties in Nosara and Guiones.
Lush gardens throughout create a sense of tropical elegance and this is one of the only houses in Nosara that maintains such extensive landscaping. Walk through pathways to get between houses and the communal rancho and experience the tropical environment of Costa Rica from the comfort of your own beach compound.
There is a spacious two-story rancho with a communal living room and dining room for entertaining and congregating. The rancho also features a large yoga loft upstairs, suitable for retreats and private sessions, as well as a full kitchen. There is a kitchen space in the main house which can be used for catering or food storage. The compound features multiple private spaces with seating for retreating to or just relaxing.
We include complimentary housekeeping and laundry service, with our two-person housekeeping team on-site three times a week to keep the house fresh and your laundry taken care of throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Las Brisas de Nosara is located right in the most exclusive area of Guiones Beach, the J Section. This section is right near the entrance to Guiones Beach and is walking distance from restaurants, shopping, yoga, massages, and more. Our house is just down the road from Surf Simply and the Beach Dog Cafe yet is quiet and maintains and exclusive, private feel.
Getting Around:
It is possible to walk nearly everywhere from the house, but we recommend a rental car or ATV so that you can visit other beaches, restaurants that are further afield, waterfalls, and other attractions.
It is also possible to call Tuk-Tuk's , which are essentially the taxi's of Nosara and Guiones and are a good way to get around town.
Other Things to Note:
Guiones beach has a lot of new houses being built that are trying to squeeze a large house onto a small lot, loosing outdoor space, pool space, patios, and and living areas. We think the tropical environment makes Nosara special and as such we go to the expense of maintaining lush gardens throughout this oversized property, making it feel like a secrete jungle retreat, yet right in the middle of everything Nosara has to offer.
Unlike other properties, Las Brisas has its own staff two housekeepers, rather than a third party cleaning service, ensuring that the house is always cleaned and maintained, even if no guests are staying there. This also improves security as locals know and care about Las Brisas and its ties to the community.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a rental property so interactions happen with the property management company, who will assist with check ins, transfers, reservations, and recommendations.

We had a great stay in Nosara - 8 of us in total with 5 kids and the property fit us perfectly. The outdoor spaces are fantastic. Life revolved around the pool and the beach, which is a short walk through the trees and we had easy access via golf carts to restaurants, shops, and all that Nosara has to offer. Drew, the house manager, was terrific - responsive, helpful, and great with local recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Las Brisas! We found that the interior areas were cool and comfortable, and the exterior living spaces were beautiful and very well equipped. Cooking fish we caught that morning in the outdoor kitchen while kids played in the pool- totally met our expectations! We loved the visitors! Monkeys swinging overhead, iguanas peering at us in the pool, a magpie who ate out of my daughter’s hand! Drew was very responsive and Rosie was a delight! She gently corrected and improved our children’s Spanish with conversation and was so helpful! Location is perfect! We loved being far from the busy high road and close to the beach and restaurants. Just about everything was walkable. We felt safe the whole time. We had one bathroom that the shower head wouldn’t stay in place, I wouldn’t even consider it an inconvenience, just let to some very wet bath mats… Will definitely book again!

Our host Drew was awesome and helped us with some things that needed attention in the house and also with transportation to one of our excursions.
