3 Bedroom condo, modern kitchen ,living and dining room with fireplace. Master bathroom with 9 head shower, another full bathroom with new bathtub and guest bathroom on main floor. Ceiling fans in master bedroom and living room. Patio area with built-in BBQ and beautiful landscape to relax or sunbath. Queen bed in master bedroom, and 2 twins beds in each bedroom. Rikki was an awesome host. Very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The property was very clean and comfortable and the courtyard is the best spot for your morning coffee and hanging out in the cool evenings, and onsite parking was terrific. The only downside is the beach access bridge at the end of the street was closed during our visit but there are several access points close by. We were there for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect place to stay with family during our time in San Clemente. Highly recommend and will stay there again when we come back to the area.

Our family had a great time. We had plenty of room. The outdoor area was great for grilling in the evenings. Short drive to the beach, or walk to the trail along the beach.

The beach there was awesome. Not crowded. Nice patio and grill, comfortable house.

For the overall condition of the property, the price for 2 weeks seemed high. It is a very basic house and is considerably smaller than the pictures and the write up suggest. Location near the.beach is the best feature of the property. Toward the end of our stay, we noticed more and more ants in the place.
