About this house rental
The house has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. It can sleep 12 people, with bedding available for an additional 5 people upon request, so it’s perfect for that big family or group of families. It has an open floor plan with a fully functional kitchen and dining room, that has seating for 10-12 at a time. The basement still has a bar area that is unfinished, but there is a great game room for entertaining in the evening or on rainy days! Nick’s Boat Dock does rent pontoons, which is an option for those without a boat, or you could head less than two miles down the road to the north fork campground beach to enjoy a couple days of just swimming.
Full Disclosure: There are security cameras located on the perimeter of the house for monitoring the property, since this property is in a relatively rural area. These cameras are only reviewed when there has been an issue with the property or a specific group. There are also 146 steps to get down to the water.
The home was built with our family and kids in mind, so I'm sure it will be perfect for your family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. We went with our adult children (ages 18, 18, 19, 20, 20, 20 and 20) as well as my husband and myself. We had plenty of room and lots to do. The ping pong table and other games were a real hit. The beds were comfortable (especially in the primary) and everything was very spacious. The steps were a lot but that is stated in the listing and we had no issues with it. We rented a boat from Nick's boat dock which is visible from the dock at the house. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be re-booking this again in the future.

Everything was great! Had one minor issue with the security system and a preset in the thermostats but the host was quick with communication and everything went smooth! Highly recommend

The host was extremely responsive. We were in town for a death in the family and it was nice not having to worry about our accommodations. The house and property were beautiful and we will definitely be back again.
