About this house rental
The house has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. It can sleep 12 people, with bedding available for an additional 5 people upon request, so it’s perfect for that big family or group of families. It has an open floor plan with a fully functional kitchen and dining room, that has seating for 10-12 at a time. The basement still has a bar area that is unfinished, but there is a great game room for entertaining in the evening or on rainy days! Nick’s Boat Dock does rent pontoons, which is an option for those without a boat, or you could head less than two miles down the road to the north fork campground beach to enjoy a couple days of just swimming.

The host was extremely responsive. We were in town for a death in the family and it was nice not having to worry about our accommodations. The house and property were beautiful and we will definitely be back again.

We had our annual girls weekend here and had such a great time! The house was clean and spacious. The host was friendly and responded quick with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.
