Seabrook Island Guest registration form is required and emailed to guest for additional info and electronic signature. Amenity Cards must be linked to credit card as no cash is accepted at pools, restaurants, etc. We accept up to 2 dogs (only) who weigh less than 35 pounds each. Pet cleaning fee is $175 per pet, no exception for service animal. Call if your dog(s) weigh(s) more or are specially trained for permission. No parties. No smoking of any kind. Must be 24 years old to rent. All rentals are subject to $175 cleaning fee, $75 resort fee and $40 parking pass. SC hospitality tax rate is 13%. Refunds are limited to 96.4% of payments actually received and sent via check at end of month.

When we arrived there were repairs being done to the exterior so men on ladders outside the living area windows. I contacted the owner to make sure this was not planned for the duration of our stay and she jumped on it immediately. She was very concerned we had the relaxing stay we were wanting. They finished work for the day and although there was more work to do they didn’t come back during our stay. I can only assume Mary told the HOA that it wasn’t acceptable

This was a wonderful location; the fun part was that it lived up to its name--we really loved watching the pelicans! Our host, Mary, was very patient with our questions and prompt to respond! We don't have a pet and we didn't use the pool. We certainly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental.
