We are minutes from East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village, which serves as the downtown hub for shopping, dining, and enjoying island life. Both are easily accessed on one of two "Village Sea House" golf carts FREE to our guests.
Spend your days soaking in the private pool, enjoying cocktails on one of three covered porches, or exploring the island on our two golf carts. Regardless of how you vacation, the “Village Sea House” is where stunning design meets southern lifestyle.

Beautiful house for our group of 8 adults. Peaceful neighborhood. Had a great time riding around the island on the golf carts. Pool was nice but weather too cool to even sit by it. Next time!
