About this house rental
Quiet, private location by the ocean, Kayak across the bay and explore white sandy beaches and coves on Man-O-War Cay and Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. Fish the flats just in front of the property one of the best area for bone fishing. Relax around our gazebo and sundeck right at the water's edge or go for a swim in the clear turquoise water just in front of the gazebo.
Bay View vacation rentals location is perfect; it’s away from it all, only a car ride from George Town (7 miles) the capital of Exuma.
This two conjoined units is perfect for small family or couples who just want to get away from it all. You can rent one unit or both units depending on the size of your group. Each unit contains two bed rooms, One room with a queen bed and one room with a queen and a double beds. One bathroom with a bath and shower, the full kitchen has modern amenities including fridge/freezer, stove, micro-wave, coffee maker and much more. The lounge/dining area has a dining table that seats four and a breakfast counter that seats two, a large sofa and love seat with WiFi internet TV.
All rooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned, at back of the unit there is a BBQ Grill and a small wash room with a washer and dryer. At the front of the unit there is a large patio with lounge chairs and a gazebo at the water's edge for you to relax and appreciate the view.
The owner is a professional bonefish guide, so if you want expert help and a guide for the day ask for “Charlie”. Kayaks are available Free of charge for your enjoyment, 6 Cars (Toyota Corolla Axio) and a 15ft Boston Whaler with a 85hp motor are available here at the property for RENT.

Charlie is the best! House was clean and well-appointed. Beautiful view of the bay…spotted dolphins and turtles! Lots to explore nearby and Charlie attends to your needs! Even filled our tire with air before we left for the airport. Perfect spot for bonefishing with Charlie’s bother - Drex Rolle, who puts his boat in right there!

Super clean. Even prettier than the pictures. You can kayak across the bay and watch amazing sunrises over the flats. We rented a boat from Charlie and visited the Moriah Harbour Cay National Park and the lazy river. We even kayaked down a few houses and snorkelled back and saw lion fish, barracuda, starfish, and lots of other tropical fish. Charlie was a fabulous host. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Bayview Villas is absolutely fantastic and definitely the best spot on the island! We travelled all around Exuma in one of Charlie’s hire cars and couldn’t find anywhere that compared. The location is perfect - quiet, relaxing, with beautiful views. The water is so blue, and we loved having the kayaks to explore the sandbar and islands opposite.The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything our family of four needed and more. Charlie is the best host we've ever had. He is friendly and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble.We had such an amazing time and would love to come back again in the future. If you're planning a trip to Exuma, we can't recommend staying here highly enough.Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay. We loved every minute!
