This condo was impressively clean- none of the gritty feeling on the floors and everything was dusted/immaculately kept. There were lots of small details that really made this place special- a remote controlled fan in the master, games, throw blankets in the living room and starter toiletries/kitchen soaps- it’s clear that the owners care about their guests. This is perfect for a couple/small family- our girls loved the bunk beds! It’s a short walk to the beach and on a main road close to everything- the location cannot be beat!Only things I’d note (at no fault of the owner) is that there is a charge for parking at the resort (in addition to condo price) and the beach enacted a policy that if you have a canopy/tent, you cannot put it by the water- it has to stay back behind the white flags… so, if you want to be by the water with shade, make sure you bring an umbrella… we’ve been visiting Orange Beach for years and never had heard of this policy- but, the beach police were actually handing out warnings/zip tied one to our canopy. Super happy with this condo and we will return!

Amazing experience! Owners were so sweet and made sure to check in to make sure everything was good! Perfect getaway weekend with friends! No complaints!

We enjoyed our stay. But we had to clean the bathroom and kitchen. There were dirty towels in the washing machine. The balcony wasn’t swept off, it was full of sand.
Te owner did get back with us when I contacted him.
I was told I would get reimbursed for having g to clean but haven’t heard back on that.
