The house has 2 ground floor bedrooms sharing a luxury shower room, a 1st floor open plan living space with balcony, and a large bedroom and family bathroom on the upper floor. There is covered storage for watersports equipment or bicycles (ask), and a laundry. Full GCH throughout and a 'baby room' with cot off the master bedroom.

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable, super clean house. And the location for us, particularly with our dog couldn’t be better as it is just a few steps away from a great beach. Plus it’s in very easy distance to the town centre and for visits to Criccieth and Abersoch. Guy, the property manager, was great! Communicated with us so well, and even came out to help us when we got stuck getting the tv to work…. thank you 🙏 Guy!

It was our 6th time in 7 years (Covid spoiled one year!), and yet we all still loved it!
It's so relaxing hearing the waves from the sea close by when you arrive at night, and then when the sun comes up the next morning there's the stunning view of the bay!
Originally we were 6 when we started coming here, but as the family grew up, we're just left with our 7 year old, but it was still truely worth it. An invaluable break from city life, and great walks near by.
I've started running marathons since Covid, and always find different routes each time we come. This year I tried beach running, which was definitely harder, but very rewarding!
Honestly cannot wait for next year...
You couldn't find a better host than Guy.

As soon as we entered the house we all felt at home, it was very clean and everything we needed was provided, the heating was on and the bottle of wine,cake, and milk in the fridge was a thoughtful touch as was the dog beds and bowls for our pets and the view from the balcony was amazing, we have already booked our next stay, can’t wait!! Thank you Guy.

Firstly, Guy the owner of the house was very contactable from before we arrived at the house, letting us know the house details, and throughout our stay, advising us on places to eat and visit. The house itself, is in a wonderful location and sitting out on the balcony looking out at the beach and sea, having a cuppa was a lovely way to start the day. The house has everything you could want to make your stay, a home from home, including, doggy bags, coffee pods and dishwasher tablets (perhaps some more wooden spoons for cooking though please). It was in immaculate condition and we and the dogs, were made very welcome. There are lots of towns to visit in the local area and activities to keep everyone happy, a bit further away, such as Zipworld and Boat tours, We will be returning, as soon as we can. Thank you Guy for making our stay, lovely and relaxing.

What a great view and position the property has. It was very clean and had everything you need on holiday. It was a very quiet area. Guy was a good host and instructions was easy to follow. We enjoyed homemade cake with wine on the verander in the sun thanks Guy. We had a heat wave beautiful. Would reccomend this place.

Wow what an amazing house , just beautiful , so welcoming for everyone even our dogs Don't think you could ask for a better holiday home x pictures don't do it justice .Perfect right down to the enclosed back yard off the mud room making bringing the dogs ( and ourselves in from wet days much easier lol ) Guy as a host you couldn't ask for better x keysafe is great too meaning you can go out seperately but still have access to house if home before everyone else X Thank you for a great holiday , we will def be back x

The property was beautiful and very clean,very well equipped,the balcony was lovely,we spent many many hours sat out there just looking over the sea.The communication with Guy was brilliant,and our 2 dogs were extremely well catered for.A very relaxing week,loved it.

One word amazing! It was a wonderful property from the location to the stunning views to the price, nice little touches with flower, wine, milk and cake. It was that good we actually booked again for a week in September, it’s also a great base to travel round the stunning Welsh coast.

A lovely, clean, welcoming place to stay when exploring this area. Location is perfect as it is away from the busy town centre, has fantastic views and is a short walk from shops, beach and nature areas. We definitely hope to return!

We have stayed in this property many times, so that in itself is testament and a review in itself! The property is immaculate, equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing break by the sea! Perfectly appointed just across a quiet coast road then onto the dunes and beach beyond. The property has a wonderful balcony which is my favourite spot to sit and listen to the sea and watch the world go by on the beautiful ocean!
If you choose to stay at this property i guarantee you will not be disappointed!

We loved staying at Guy's beautiful house by the sea with our dog. A weekend wasn't long enough, we will definitely return for longer in the future. Guy's communication was fantastic, the house was spotless with comfy beds, lovely bedding, fabulous shower & bath - all the amenities you could need. The photos do not give this place justice. Across the road you are the beach. To see the changes of the sea during all the weather changes we experienced in 3 days was wonderful. Fabulous location if you wish to get out and about to other areas, but equally comfortable and relaxing to stay in with the TV or sit on the balcony. I wish I could have brought the upstairs bedroom view home to Manchester with me! When Guy says he leaves provisions he really means it and next time we won't bring as much; dog bed, bowls, fleecy throw, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel as well as milk, washing up items etc. Thank you for a lovely stay Guy.

We stayed at Guys beautiful townhouse last summer and loved it so much we returned again in 2022!! Views from the balcony are so stunning and totally relaxing. Guy takes such pride in the cleanliness and decor.of his property - its both stylish and homely - and totally dog friendly. Pwllheli is a great base to explore the fab beaches of the Llyn Peninsula.

Our 3rd time staying here so enough recommendation in itself. Lovely house, everything you could need for a home from home holiday. Right opposite a lovely beach; kids loved the location and had a fab time despite unsettled weather.

What a fabulous holiday home this is, the owner has equipped it to the highest possible standard and it was spotlessly clean. Extra touches like flowers and other welcome gifts left by the owner were really appreciated, thank you. The view from the balcony was amazing and this coupled with the high standard of decor and soft furnishings made our stay here the best self catering experience we have ever had, we didn't want to leave! We will most certainly be booking again as soon as we are able.
